Editorial Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This editorial policy outlines the standards and processes we follow to create accurate, useful, and trustworthy content at FinCrati.

Content Creation Process

  1. Topic Selection: We identify topics based on search demand, reader interest, and gaps in existing online coverage.
  2. Research: We gather information from official product documentation, pricing pages, and API references.
  3. AI-Assisted Drafting: Articles are drafted using Google Gemini AI, following strict system prompts that prohibit investment advice, price predictions, and fabricated facts.
  4. Automated Quality Gates: Every draft passes through 7 automated checks — FAQ count, internal/external links, word count, Markdown structure, keyword placement, language consistency, and visual component data.
  5. Human Editorial Review: An editor reviews the draft for accuracy, clarity, tone, and completeness before publication.

Content Standards

AI Transparency

We are transparent about our use of AI in content creation. AI assists with drafting, but every article is reviewed and edited by a human before publication. We never publish raw AI output without review.

Fact-Checking

Corrections

If we discover an error in a published article, we correct it promptly. Significant corrections are noted with an update date at the top of the article.

To report an error, please contact us at editorial@fincrati.com.

Affiliate Relationships

We participate in affiliate programs with select fintech companies. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or ratings. We evaluate tools based on objective criteria regardless of whether an affiliate program exists.

Content Updates

We periodically review and update published articles to ensure prices, features, and other facts remain current. Articles that are significantly outdated are updated or removed.
